The Wynwood building that looks like Wynwood

Mohawk sits on a 1.5-acre site on NE 29th Street, at the seam where the Wynwood Arts District runs into Edgewater — walkable to the murals along NW 2nd Avenue in one direction, to Midtown's shops and the bay in the other.

Deforma Studio and RADYCA designed it in Chicago brick, exposed steel detailing and floor-to-ceiling glazing rather than the white stucco-and-glass template most of the corridor is built from. The 300 residences run studio to three-bedroom, including lanai homes with private outdoor space at the base of the building.
